Customers are required to register an account to place order on VHOGE.com, this will save future hassle of re-keying all details again. Members also enjoy benefits of earning rewards points which can be converted into vouchers to offset their purchase, earn store credit free, manage order, track order status and many more.

We currently operate on a pre-order basis, we will have 3 batches of order per month which closes on 10th, 20th, and 30th of every month. We will send out the goods to you by the 15th day after the batch closes.

We aim to have the parcel reach our local customer's hand within 15 days after order closes however, please take note that the send out dates may vary during festive seasons. Cut off dates are shown at the top left hand corner of the website (except homepage). Customers who wish to purchase with us, kindly take note of the pre-order dates.

Please order only if you are comfortable with the dates stated, after the order is confirmed, no cancellation or amendment is allowed.
