Normal Mail

Parcel will be dropped into mailbox or delivered to the recipient's doorstep if it is too small for the mailbox. Parcel sent by normal mail will take an estimation of 2-4 working days to reach the recipient after it has been sent out. A charge of S$1 is required for normal mail. There is no tracking number for the parcel and in case of lost mail, VHOGE and Singpost hold no responsibility. Registered Mail is highly recommended. 

Registered Mail

Parcel will be delivered directly to the recipient's doorstep by Singpost postman. Tracking number will be given to track the parcel. Registered mail will take 3-5 working days to reach you after it has been sent out. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip on the recipient's door to advise the location of the parcel, normally at the nearest post office. Additional S$3 is required for customers who opt for this service.

International Orders

All international orders will be sent via Singapore Air Parcel. Tracking number will be given to track your parcel. Cost of international shipping will be charged at S$25 for the first item, $5 each for subsequent items.

Notes:

** Delivery times are only estimates and may/ may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.
** Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Singapore Post. 
** Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that. 
** Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance. 
** For festive postings to the above major cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail to the above estimated delivery time.
