
Return & Exchange Policies
VHOGE only accepts returns that are unused, and in its original packaging and tag within 10 days from the parcel sent date. To replace an item with a higher value, a top up is required. No refund will be given for a replacement of lower value. The costs and risks incurred for returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
An exchange can be requested only when a delivered item not a sale item, is defective, incidents such as defective items and unmatched orders may happen. However, occurrences of such incidents are reduced to its minimum. In any event where such incidents happen,
VHOGE does not take responsibility in cases of colour differences due to monitor settings or within 1-2 inch difference in measurement. We do not take responsibility for any damage caused during delivery and/or after washing, or items ordered that do not fit. Items will not be eligible for exchange in such instances.
VHOGE strictly do not offer cash refund via Bank or PayPal under any circumstances. If out of stock, exchange or returns occur, the value will be credited to your member account only.
If you find defect in a product, please proceed to My Account / Order History, click on ‘Details’ of that particular order and leave a comment to contact us. Any request for exchange after 10 days from your parcel sent date will not qualify for exchange.
