Order

Q. When can I order?
A. You can order at anytime, but your items will be sent out according to the date at the left hand corner of the website.
 
Q. What if the item I order is out of stock?
A. A credit slip also known as refund slip, and a voucher will be created for the item that is out of stock. You can find the credit slip and vouchers in My Account.
 
Q. How do I track the status of my order?
A. You will be sent an email for all status change in your order. You can also go to your Order History in My Account to check the status of your order. You can also check for your rewards points, vouchers, update your information and many more in your My Account page.
 
Q. How do I contact you if I have questions before ordering?
A. For pre-sales questions, you can reach us in Contact Us page. If your questions are regarding your order, please click on ‘Details’ in your Order History and leave a comment.
 
Q. Can i do an exchange if i order the wrong size?
A. Exchange is allowed only based on certain circumstances, please refer to 'Return & Exchange' page for more info.
 
Q. Can i cancel or amend the order after i confirmed my order?
A. Unfortunately no, cancellation and amendment are not allowed once you click on the 'CONFIRM ORDER' button.

Q. When do I need to make payment?
A. Payment is required to be made together with the order to prevent any confusion.
 
Q. What are the available payment methods? 
A. We accept Paypal and bank transfers, please refer to the Payment page for more info.
 
Q. I am unable to pay by the above payment methods, how can I make payment?
A. If the above payment methods are not accessible for you, please contact us for arrangement.

Q. I want to make order now but unable to make payment first, what should I do?
A. If you want to make an order before promotion deadline but inconvenient to make payment, please continue to make the order and leave a comment to tell us. Kindly make the payment within 24hrs of the order to validate your order.
  
Q. Do you accept COD (Cash On Delivery)?
A. We do not have COD option at the moment, payment have to be made prior the order.

Q. When will my items be sent out?
A. As orders are on a pre-order basis, your items will be sent out by the ‘Sent by’ date at the left hand corner of the website.
 
Q. Will I be notified when you send my parcel out?
A. Yes, we will notify you via email for any status change in your order. You can also track the status of your order in your Order History under My Account.
 
Q. Can I order if I am from oversea.
A. Yes, we ship world wide, please refer to the ‘Shipping & Delivery’ page for more info.
 
Q. Will I have a tracking number for my parcel?
A. All oversea parcel will have a tracking number, if you are local, you can opt for registered mail, a safer way to send your parcel. Please refer to the ‘Shipping & Delivery’ page for more info.
 
Q. Where do I get my tracking number?
A. We will inform you via email, you can also check your Order History for the tracking number.
 
Q. Where do i track my parcel?
A. Please visit Singpost homepage, click on 'Track Item' on the left and key in your tracking number.
 
Q. How long it takes for the parcel to reach me after it is sent out?
A. We have no control over the delivery and transit time, for general delivery and transit timing, please refer to the ‘Shipping & Delivery’ page for more info.
 
Q. Can you send the parcel in my preferred delivery time range?
A. We have no control over the delivery time, if the recipient address is usually vacant, registered mail is strongly recommended so you can track your parcel. VHOGE will not be responsible for normal mail that is lost.
