Q. When can I order?A. You can order at anytime, but your items will be sent out according to the date at the left hand corner of the website. Q. What if the item I order is out of stock?A. A credit slip also known as refund slip, and a voucher will be created for the item that is out of stock. You can find the credit slip and vouchers in My Account. Q. How do I track the status of my order?A. You will be sent an email for all status change in your order. You can also go to your Order History in My Account to check the status of your order. You can also check for your rewards points, vouchers, update your information and many more in your My Account page. Q. How do I contact you if I have questions before ordering?A. For pre-sales questions, you can reach us in Contact Us page. If your questions are regarding your order, please click on ‘Details’ in your Order History and leave a comment. Q. Can i do an exchange if i order the wrong size?A. Exchange is allowed only based on certain circumstances, please refer to 'Return & Exchange' page for more info. Q. Can i cancel or amend the order after i confirmed my order?A. Unfortunately no, cancellation and amendment are not allowed once you click on the 'CONFIRM ORDER' button. Payment Q.
